Joel C. Johnson is the founder and CEO of Diceros Asset Management, LLC. He has 30 years of experience in the field of exploration, production, land, leasing, minerals, royalty and working interests and has led multiple energy concerns. He has a diversified platform of experience in the energy industry. He began his career in the Permian Basin, and has enhanced that experience in petroleum economics, strategic planning, investor relations, corporate strategy and a complete understanding of land, legal, drilling, completing and producing oil and natural gas properties. He has coordinated with outside legal counsel in handling title examination, pooling, unitization, escrow transactions and maintained responsibilities for keeping corporations current with domestic oil and natural gas opportunities. He has been responsible for negotiating and administering joint venture agreements, exploration agreements, operating agreements, acquisition purchase agreements, title documents and instruments of conveyance and contracts for the exploration and drilling for oil and natural gas properties. He has participated with the top 100 producers in the United States. He is an active member of Society of Petroleum Engineers #3510042, National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO), member of Independent Petroleum Association of America, (IPAA) American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Texas Independent Petroleum Royalty Owners (TIPRO). He has been a council member and consultant on numerous industry topics for GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) New York - for many years consultant to the petroleum industry - investment bankers who seek information to serve their clients better. His primary purpose is to ensure the protection and maximization of our client's assets.

Zachary H. Lynde is CFO/COO who has a professional history of growing companies, building tremendous value from technology platforms utilizing products focused on market needs with customer-centric teams who possess character, passion and intelligence. He has proven executive qualifications, has achieved measurable and planned successes working with executive teams as CXO delivering results. Mr. Lynde has delivered strategic planning and insight guiding corporations and teams consistently gaining firm value. Has a performance record that adapts to market conditions and systematic risks in startup/growth companies overcoming obstacles and is able to assess risk/reward scenarios objectively, financially and operationally to determine the best path. He has worked nationally/internationally building businesses in several cultures gaining valuable relationships, has implement strategic vision into measurable/specific outcomes with teams completing plans and goals. D. Wade Holland is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Diceros Asset Management, LLC. He comes from 14 years of experience in sales, service and marketing management specifically relating to finance and retail. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Diceros Asset Management, LLC. He also coordinates and administers the company's marketing and strategic plans. Wade has managed a credit union, multimillion-dollar retail chains, has been awarded with innovation for top 1% of performers. He was credited with the CEO performance award for a fortune 100 company.

T. C. Turner is Consulting General Counsel for Diceros Asset Management, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of law. Licensed to practice in the state of Texas, received Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of law. Undergraduate degree: Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin, graduated with honors. He has worked for Stubbeman, McRae, Sealy, Laughlin, and Browder, Midland, Texas. He also participated in rotating associate ship involving oil and gas, real estate, criminal and family law. Assisted Sr. Attorneys in the following ways: running oil and gas title, as well as researching oil and gas questions of law; prepared memos on current landlord/tenant issues in the commercial context; and General bird-dogging for criminal and civil investigations. Mr. Turner specializes in the field of oil and gas title law.
